My Discipleship Philosophy

Discipleship isn’t about copying someone else’s model. It’s about discovering what God is calling you to build in your unique context. I draw from extensive experience in church leadership, team building, and strategic planning to help you develop approaches that fit your community, calling, and circumstances. I’ll help you integrate novel new ideas with field-tested frameworks.

We see in the Parable of the Sower how Jesus has two audiences: the Crowds and the Twelve. To the Crowds, He gives teaching and direction. To the Disciples, He uses the teaching the of the Crowds to demonstrate how to be a disciple-maker, then he sends the Twelve out. I’ve found that this is the best model for building sustainable communities of faith that result in disciple-makers that multiply. Let’s help people become like Jesus.
